Applications, including all necessary documentation, must be completed and submitted BEFORE the GLO and its partners will begin processing it for eligibility. The Conroe Homeowner Assistance Center (HAC) is located within walking distance of the Montgomery County Central Library, which is adjacent to the HAC. To reach the Conroe HAC using transit, take the City of Conroe’s Conroe Connection Route 3 West (Tri County Services) and disembark at the Central Library stop.
